I am a self-taught new artist producing portraiture in oils. I aim to capture something of the character of the subject, or at least my experience of them, as well as a likeness.

In a moment of boredom during lockdown 3 in March 2021 I tried drawing comedian Alistair Green just for something to do. I sent it to him for his amusement, but he liked it. So I decided to have a go at painting him.
